1 . Scope of Services

RyanFowlerSOS (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides digital educational content (“Courses”) and live consultation sessions (“Sessions”) delivered online.

2 . Purchasing & Pricing

All prices are listed in U S D. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing or discontinue products at any time.

3 . License to Digital Content

Upon purchase you receive a non-transferable, single-user license to view and download the Course materials for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

4 . Scheduling Sessions

Sessions are booked via Calendly. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancellation Sessions are forfeited.

5 . Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, but only if the client has not yet accessed any digital content and has not yet had a consultation or session that is paid for, or that is part of a paid program.  Upon request, we offer a one-time, 2 to 2.5 hour session for that comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. If within the 7 days of the session you are not completely satisfied, email ryan@ryanfowlersos.com for a full refund, which only valid for this particular session.

6 . Chargebacks

You agree to contact us at info@ryanfowlersos.com to resolve any billing question before initiating a charge-back. Unauthorized charge-backs may result in account termination.

7 . Disclaimer & Results

We do not guarantee earnings or specific outcomes. All examples are illustrative only; your results depend on many factors including effort and market conditions.

8 . Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas in the United States of America. Any dispute shall be resolved in Texas courts or via binding arbitration.
